National Institute of Technology Calicut (NITC)

National Institute of Technology Calicut (NITC) is one of the 31 institutions of national importance, established by an Act of Parliament and fully funded by the Government of India. Originally founded in 1961 as a Regional Engineering College, it was transformed into a National Institute of Technology in 2002. The institute provides higher technical education and conducts research in various branches of Engineering, Science, Technology, and Management, offering bachelors, masters, and doctoral degree programs.
